Store Manager and adManager – a powerful combination

Ever notice how some things work better together? Like hot dogs and mustard … or Regis and Kelly. It turns out the same is true with some of our Microsoft Office Live Small Business features. Here’s a good example:

1.       Start with Store Manager, our new e-commerce tool that helps you build and manage an online store on your own Web site and sell products on eBay too.  Believe it or not, setting up your store is pretty simple, even though it will have all the bells and whistles you expect – shopping carts, credit card transactions, e-mail notifications, and more. Plus, your online store can match your Web site’s look and feel, which makes a nice experience for folks visiting your site, whether they’re looking for information or ready to buy.  Learn more about Store Manager.

So once you’ve got your online store up and running, you want to make sure potential customers can find it, right?

2.       Activate adManager, our handy tool that helps you create and manage keyword ads promoting your store on some of the Web’s most popular sites and search engines, including MSN, Live Search, Ask.com, Excite.com, and Lycos.com. The concept makes total sense: You put your keyword ads in front of your most likely customers – those already searching for what you sell.  Search marketing, with pay-per-click pricing, is one of the most cost-effective and targeted ways for you to promote your business online today – and adManager simplifies the whole process. Learn more about adManager.

Talk to some of the folks behind today’s Web success stories and you’ll find e-commerce and search marketing helped get them there. With Store Manager and adManager, you can get there too.

See you online,

Have you tried to go to http://support.officelive.com and sign in with the same account you used to subscribe to Microsoft Office Live Small Business? at a minimum it will allow you to submit your issue report through an eform.

I am having trouble finding a complete list of Store Manager features.  For example, I'm interested in selling electronic documents in PDF or Word format (to download).  Will Store Manger support that sort of sale?
