How a home-based jewelry designer builds a worldwide business

I love jewelry … I love the way a great necklace or bracelet can totally perk up an outfit, and I love discovering sources for truly unique pieces.

So you can imagine how thrilled I was to come across www.lisaconfetti.com, an Office Live Small Business site from San Diego-based jewelry designer Lisa Baker. Her creations are bold and fun with a modern twist—can’t wait till my first order arrives!

Lisa is enjoying—in her own words—“phenomenal” success with her business. She’s also the first to admit that there’s no way she would have been able to create her own Web site without our easy-to-use tools.  She especially loves the fact that, once she’s completed a new piece, it’s a matter of minutes for her to photograph it, post it on her site, and start selling it to customers.

Lisa is one of several customers we’re featuring in a new series of customer stories. Watch her short video and you may find she’s a lot like you.  Her office is about 10 feet from her kitchen and her workshop is in her living room, yet she’s selling her jewelry to folks around the world – all from her Web site powered by Office Live Small Business.

So if you need a little inspiration, you’ll definitely get it from Lisa and the other customers we’re featuring. So take a minute and check out their stories; I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
