We understand the need to keep the storage numbers down, but are concerned that context and usefullness will be impacted by not being able to easily find relavent information.
We'd like to know how old articles have to be to get archived, and how often archiving is done? Are all the messages of threads kept together if there are recent thread messages, even if the oldest are beyond the archiving limits?
Also, keeping that in mind, does the search automatically scan the archives as well?
