A few suggestions that could be considered, if not now then maybe for the future since you already outlined rules... if there are a lot of entries would be to divide into categories of some kind.  Could have the 10 best overall, a # of best something or other category, a # of best some other category, ect.  Don't know what kind of categories...

Could give special mention for a particular aspect of the judging for a site that is outstanding in one area but maybe doesn't make it for overall.  Or special awards - most creative, most interesting content....

Or just plain honorable mentions.

This is such a good idea.  Getting people to look at their sites and up the anti (so to speak).

2) On my 'about us' page the copy seem to change sizes randomly, any suggestions on how to make it behave?
