Can you also point out if the site was made completely with Office Live or if it was uploaded with some other software? I want to get better at using the built-in features of Office Live and if the site uses 3rd party software it doesn't help my cause.

Levi, all sites are designed with Office Live, they used various trips and tricks but no one is using third party tools.
