Adding pages and headers (generally creating more space)

Hi Guys, so many tools but still such a minefield. Please help!

I would like to know how to add headers for new pages and actually add pages/space to put information.

Also if posssible what is the best way to resize pictures/text before inserting them on the web pages as most don't seem very large or clear when uploaded.

For image quality, use Mozilla Firefox to upload larger images, the image uploader in IE for OL compresses the images, and does a very poor job of it.
