Yes you can you can see examples in eighter of my websites. (you are able to add your spaces blog with module)

In page manager listed under insert/modules/live spaces blog you just add the path to your blog on spaces.

For the RSS Feed I just copy and paste the link into the body of the blog post.

You are also able to embed pages as a iframe too a example of this:
