Hello driving blind:

What is the address of your website and can you access the office live home control page after you sign in?

First thing is go to https://support.officelive.live.com and report this problem and get a support ticket number to post here that will help the Microsoft people here better address yout problem and getting it resolved. It would also be helpful if you could post the address of your website.

help-u-llc are you the same person as driving blind?

To whom it may concern, do you see tabs at the top of the page for "Page Editor" and "Site Designer?"  Another thought, there was mention of "Workspace."  This is actually a different product from OLSB, but if you have both accounts, there are links from one to the other.  Look over under the left navigation frame.

Re: how to edit my site?

I went to that link, https://support.officelive.live.com and the only options available were:

Then it asks me to sign out and sign back in to see more support options, so I did. The same options came up again, but this time with a mouse over that states "the account you are currently using does not entitle you to support for these services." It's my Microsoft Office Live Small Business account!

Can't update my website, that's the whole problem. Once logged in, when I click the Website link in the left menu bar, I get an error message that the site is down:

Windows Live ID symbol

Re: how to edit my site?

Did you ever find out? I am having the same problem. After I sign in it sends me to a black page with 5 options call the Resource center and I can't do anything there until I pick one of the 5 options. After I pick one it send me to office live small bussiness but there is no link to edit the page.

I remember I used to get there pretty easy but its been a while and I can't  figure this one out.

if  you or anybody know now I would really appreciate your input.

Re: how to edit my site?

Same thing happened to me.  I set up wegsite and new domain "clearmark-id.com".  Response from MicroSoft tech support below enabled me to successfully regain access to my site.

Hello Michael,

Thank you for contacting us at Microsoft Office Live Technical Support regarding your Microsoft Office Live account.

My name is Gaurav Gauba.  I would like to update you that in order to edit your website (clearmark-id.com), you need to sign in to your Microsoft Office Live account with the Windows Live ID which should be like username@clearmark-id.com.

Please carry out the following steps to login to your Microsoft Office Live account with your correct Windows Live ID.

1.     Open www.officelive.com in your Internet Explorer browser. (Note from mfjordan23 http://smallbusiness.officelive.com/ seems to work better for me)

2.     Click sign in at the upper right corner of the home page.

3.     Enter your Windows Live ID (username@clearmark-id.com) and associated password against the space provided for each (if you forgot password click the "forgot password link" just below the space provided for password).

4.     Click sign in button just below the box provided for password.

5.     Now you are inside your Microsoft Office Live account (Home page or Member Center page).

·         To access your Web site, click Web site on the left navigation bar (left side of Home page).

·         To use the email service, click Email on the left navigation bar (left side of Home page).

If you are unable to recall the login information of your account (windows Live ID and password), I regret to state that without verifying the account ownership of your Microsoft Office Live account, we will not be able to provide you with the login information of your account. To provide you with the valid Windows Live ID and password of your account, please provide us with the following details associated with your Microsoft Office Live subscription. I appreciate your understanding in this regard.

·         Telephone number associated with your Microsoft Office Live subscription.

·         Billing Address associated with your Microsoft Office Live subscription.

·         Last four digits of the credit card number that is associated with your Microsoft Office Live subscription.

We appreciate you contacting Microsoft Office Live. If you have additional questions, concerns or need further assistance, please be sure not to change the subject line so that we can urgently address any remaining concerns.

You may be selected to receive a survey. Your feedback is valuable to us and we are very interested in hearing about your support experience. Should you receive a survey, we appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Have a nice time ahead, Michael!

Regards,

Gaurav Gauba
