Creating a customized form that can be emailed to my account

Hi All

 Does anyone know how I can put a form up on my web site with my own drop down options that can be emailed to my email account?

Hi World,

Yes. It is possible. You can publish a form using the form designer module. The fields in the form is defined as columns in a custom list that's part of a workspace (or in Office Live terms, a business application). You will also need Sharepoint Designer to create a workflow so that it will email you the content of the data entered through the form to your email.
