Microsoft Office Live Small Business Community

I just got my site up and was going to submit it to google for advertising, but they are requiring me to insert a meta tag. I know how to get theHTML module in the body of the page, but it keeps telling me that it cannot find the meta tag. I cannot edit (or figure out how to edit) the HTML of the header, or to get this thing to work. Any suggestions?
