On the Microsoft Office Live Small Business Home page you will see the navigational bar at the left, the Contact Manager, and Business Applications are free extras. Also cliecking on "web site" will take you to the page manager, you will see "Site Actions" tab at the top right when you click on it you will see a drop down menu that has "Activate Advanced Design Functions" this will activate your advanced functions.
