Merging Personal Contacts with Business Contacts

I am using OL for my website and email.  How do I merge the Personal Contacts with the Business Contacts so I only have ONE email list?  Also, I only use the online version of email, I do not use Outlook or the Live Mail Desktop version.

Thanks.

Tonya

Hi Tonya,

There's currently no way to keep just one single list.  You will have to keep both lists and try to keep them in sync manually.  The way to do that is to export the list in one and then import it into the other one.  You may need to use MS Excel or Access to help in doing that.

If this sounds like something you want to do, come back here and I can help you with it.

Hope this helps,
Royster

Check out Plaxo. It's FREE. I use it sync all my Address Books (Contacts) together from various sources (Gmail, Live Mail, & Outlook). Also, you also have the option, if you have a smartphone, sync your contacts to wireless to your Windows Mobile device. And there's a plug-in for Outlook as well.
