Every time I click on Contact Manager every thing freezes and IE shuts down. I followed instructions from OL Support, which meant clearing out all of my internet history etc.. but this did nothing I am awaiting a further response from them but was interested to see if anyone else had this problem.
I am using OL Basic and wasn't sure if I needed to be "a paying customer" for this to work but OL Support didn't say that was the case.
