I have been the support route with no luck. Mine keeps crashing and MS Support responded:

Thank you for providing so detailed information regarding the problem you are facing. I have checked the information and also the screenshots and found that the Internet Explorer is corrupted, due to which you are receiving this error. Therefore, please contact your computer manufacturer or your computer administrator to repair the Internet Explorer on your computer.
And then after letting them know I had reinstalled IE7, had a network specialist look at our configuration and replicated the problem on three machines all using IE7 but on xp as well as vista I got this:
After going through all the previous contacts and after accessing your account once again at our end, I have found that the error that you are facing is not associated to Microsoft Office Live. I have done troubleshooting on your account and I was able to access the Contact Manager.
As this issue is not pertaining to Microsoft Office Live, I will suggest you to contact your system vendor.
