Here's another problem I ran into with Office Live Small Business:
I opened up Office Live SB, clicked on Business Contacts:
While I am looking at that folder, there is a link for "Synchronize with Outlook"
I selected that link, and Outlook automatically opened.
In outlook, a new folder appeared, "Sharepoint Lists"
Under Sharepoint Lists appeared a folder, "Business Contacts"
The few contacts I had in OL SB synchronized over.
I then took all of my existing business contacts from my outlook contacts and dragged them over to that folder in the "Sharepoint Lists" folder in outlook.
As I watched these 200 contacts copy over, the number of contacts in that folder went from 0 to 100 to 200, and kept going. Eventually it hit 2200.,, I checked online and there were about 10 of each contact in my Business Contacts folder online.
As far as I know, they are still duplicating.
Here's the kicker.
I called support and they said it was my fault for "continuously dragging and dropping the contacts over and over, then syncing over and over", and I would have to delete all 2200 contacts by hand, one by one. This is about my 10th problem with OL SB. Less than half my issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Good bye, Microsoft. No wonder the world hates you.
