I created a website and domain name ends in ".web.officelive.com". How do I change is so it just reads .com?

You need to purchase a domain, I believe it is under account settings, domain manager. Just to note, you cannot build a site on this domain, it simply redirects to your current site. It is also free for the first year, thereafter $14.95.
