In all fairness . . . and equality . . .

Hi all, first off I must state that I am a male and that I am a male whom which has total and utter belief in equality AND I try each day to walk the talk. I couldn't help but to notice this area " Women Entrepreneurs" and took quick note as to how well MS placed it out front of their marketing plans. It is very nice to see such a thing occuring.

On the flip side now I was wondering if this would be too much to ask from MS. In all fairness, and in the surge towards true equality in this world, that if indeed MS is going to market such a program as this one for the divine feminines that perhaps it wouldnt be to much to ask MS to also start a new marketing campaign for another minority group. This is a group that is seldom heard from, their stories seldom told, and in all good truth is a group of people whom often more than not fall wayside to society and family and at a rate of failure higher than any other business folk. I am talking about the Small Businesses out there that are 51% or more owned by Service Disabled War Veteran's. Even one of the most shrewdest business persons on this planet gave these vets a break in 2007; Mr. Bush himself. It is called:

 "H.R. 1265, The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Equity Act of 2007"

So I am asking, or more so challenging MS to blaze the trail, to begin assisting us in paying more attention to the folks, like these women, whom all deserve much more positive attention than they have ever been issued.

Think about it, and in the mean time if you or anyone who you know is in need of web design, application design or smooth and highly effective marketing spin, please look me up. I am the owner of Intrawork, and Intrawork is owned by by me, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

Blessed be,

Re: In all fairness . . . and equality . . .

We thank you for your post.

I can speak specifically for the community efforts; and within those we would be very happy (honored, actually)  to open specific spaces to allow Small Businesses owned by Service Disabled War Veteran's to engage and interact with each other.

I do have one concern; one of the rules of online community efforts is that "critical mass" (a certain level of participation) is required for all of us to obtain value out of it; as you can see in this site the most valuable exchanges happen where we have more users gathering around.

So I ask others to chime in; is this something you would engage in and obtain value from participating in?

Thanks again for your post

Fili,  Perhaps this question should be voiced in a broader forum.  What do you think?
