Cannot Access My Microsoft Office Live E-Mail Accounts for My Domain

I have read the posts and followed the instructions for setting up and accessing my email accounts for my domain (contact@), but I am unable to accomplish an essential step in the process -- SIGNING OUT.  I cannot for the life of me get to a screen where I am able to LOGIN under the newly created email address.  I click the "Sign Out" link located at the top, right of the screen and all it does is flash (briefly) a new screen that says "Please wait while we sign you out" (or something like that). Then it goes to the screen located at (www.officelive.com/signout), which says in bold red letters:

You have signed out of Microsoft Office Live

To return to Office Live (HERE THERE IS A LIGHT BLUE RECTANGLE)

In the upper right hand corner of the screen, however, there is a link for: "Go to your Microsoft Office Live" and then another BLUE RECTANGLE with the words "Sign out".  If I click on the "Go to" link, I can't login under a different email.  If I click on "Sign out" the same screens just pop up all over again.

So HOW DO I SIGN OUT so that I can SIGN IN UNDER A DIFFERENT EMAIL?  Once I am able to do that correctly and get each of my individual email accounts set up with new passwords, etc., will I be able to get email from each of these addresses in my INBOX for my Windows Live Mail?  Could someone please tell me how to do that (if possible)?  I haven't been able to so far, which I hope is because I haven't been able to finalize the email setup process.  I could really use some step-by-step instructions on how to do all of this -- including what to type into the Properties, Server fields to set up my Windows Live Mail for each email account. I want to get my website finished and this is one of my final steps.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP! if (typeof(isSignedIn) != 'undefined') { if (isSignedIn == 'False') { document.write('Sign in'); } }

After signing out, try closing the browser window, and then open a fresh one to sign into the new mail account.  On that screen with the blue rectangle, does it say "Sign in with a different account" anywhere?  If so, click on that.

Re: Cannot Access My Microsoft Office Live E-Mail Accounts for My Domain

There is no link to sign in anywhere on any page.  When I try to open a new page, the new page just opens up as an error.  Something evidently is seriously wrong w/ how things are set up w/ my accounts.  I think I will just delete the extra email addresses and stick with my generic .msn address.  A bit disappointing, but oh well.  At least my website is accessible.

Thanks so much for your advice.

Before you do that, how do you log into Office Live now?  Instead of your Windows Live ID and password, erase those and enter your OL email address and its password instead.

Hi Stefany

After "signing out" as the way you did it, can you clear your cookies first (Tools->Delete Browsing History->Check only Cookies). Then go to http://mail.live.com and then login with your newly created Office Live email address.
