Since ordering this service, I have not been able to access my reports. If i am paying for this, I would like to be able to see which keywords are generating hits, and on which engines. any help would greatly be appreciated.

I have a couple of queries:

1) Are you able to navigate to 'Reports' (when you click on 'Reports' from left navigation bar on Home page) but not able to see the data in Keyword reports?

OR

Are you not even able to navigate to 'Reports'?

2) Can you please share your domain name.

I have been having the same problem. I've contact Microsoft but have not heard back from them. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't.

I cannot access reports either and support has not helped at all.

I've reported it, about three weeks or so ago, and they said they transferred it to the "Development" group. I even called the 800 number and it is in their hands, but haven't heard anything. Seems to me it would be a simple thing to fix. But I was assured that I would not be charged anything until it starts working, and my free credits would stay. I would suggest anyone having problems to report it to them and maybe if more people report it, then they'll get it fixed.

have you tried to login through http://adcenter.microsoft.com and generate reports?

adcenter is not the same as admanager. I can get my adcenter reports but not my admanager reports.
