Hmmm.... looks like this could actually be fixed now ???

ray-zin, I am almost afraid to check it out.  There are other problems that also cropped up with the August 7 update.  Copying and pasting, our "bread of life," doesn't work either.  We haven't seen many of the OL people in these forums for about 10 days now, and there is speculation that they are off working through these new problems.  Maybe that is the case.

Well I managed to change nav positions on a number of pages across 2 sites. So fingers crossed. That seems fixed. Although it would be nice to get SOME sort of support from office live on these problems. 

Must admit I havent had any copy/past issues - touch wood.

I sympathise with the problems you are facing.  A group of us are however experiencing even worse ones - for over 3 days now we have been unable to edit or view our sites.  Common denominator seems to be that we have Virgin as our ISP.  I guess Support are very busy - Virgin have apparently been denying any responsibility - all we have been able to do is sit and wait and wait and wait!

I've had no trouble replying to e-mails (not that it gets me anywhere).  You can also fill out a support form at:

Well 3 weeks now

Still cannot get any page from the page manager to the navigation tabs of my website

Can delete page from my navigation tabs, but cannot delete from my page manger.

Can create new page, but will go to the navigation tabs, just gets stuck in the page manager.

Do not have Virgin ISP, I use Hughes net satetilite.

I guess when Microsoft named this service "Officelive Small Business ", I guess they meant to keep us that way.

Oh and by the way, all that formating information abve is cuz I pasted from word 2007, Never happened when I pasted from word 2001.

I now know why I was given that copy of office 2007, works just as good as my website.

 OK, 27 day's now.
Have not been able to add any pages to my navigation.

From reading some of the other post's, It seems as if I am the only person this is still happening too.

I have written to customer service, and will write again today.
I am almost  hoping to hear they are no longer operating this webhosting service, That would be a legitamte reason for this service to stop funcining after a year.

Beyond that, what other reason would there be for it to:

A. Not be working.

B. Be down for so long. 

 I could write more, feel like it, and I have the time.
But it would  produce the same result as using thise website service, I would get no work done.

If this is still happening to other folks, please let me know, I will tack it on to the information I send to Customer Service.

I seem to be able to change my navigation titles etc now. Although I still cant seem to delete any pages. :-(

OK, here we go.

Yeah I was having the same problem. They at OL were aware of it. But of corse took forever to resolve it. However, we are all back on track now (at least I hope). Been waiting like a month to have that problem resolved. Now all I need is traffic lol. Been up and running for a couple months and i'm just anxious now (for traffic that is).
