Hello everyone,

I have created this jewelry site and would love some feedback on it. I have been doing some advertising, but it has been quite draining getting customers to actually purchase. Is there anything that stands out to you that I could possibly change in order to get a better customer repsonse? Thank You.

I like the colors and set up. You didn't want to use a home page for your intro and picture of you. then your customers can go to your product page. On your home page you can do the same with your heading, catogories and advertisment and then add some of your products to make the customers look further. i like what you have.  take a look at my site, you may get some idea's. i receive help from other people on this site also. i do like what you have.    www.jbsfamilystore.com    when you are done we can link.    joeb   

The images you have are very nice and I like that it shows how nice we will look in the jewelry. I think I'd replace 2 of them with close up images of some of the jewelry so people can see more clearly how beautiful it is.

Your site is great.  I rate 10 out of 10.

There’s a lot to like about your site; your Home page is definitely engaging. But I wonder how well it actually works for you. The woman’s expression is what you’re immediately drawn to, which makes the jewelry she’s wearing secondary. Then when I went looking for the necklace she’s wearing, I couldn’t find it. Seems to me it would make more sense if she wore one of your necklaces and some earrings, too.

When I clicked around the site I noticed lots of broken images. I’d get those fixed asap.

I also wondered what some of the pieces are made of; your prices are so cheap on some things that it makes me wonder what materials are involved. For instance, I like bracelet 002 on your Home page, but at $5.95 I’ve got to wonder how well it would hold up.  So a little more in terms of product descriptions might help.

A few other things:

I would put a Products tab on your top nav with a dropdown by category so it’s easy to get where you want from every page. It’s a little confusing now; if I’m looking at a pair of earrings and want to look at more earrings, I click the “earrings” link and it takes me back to the Home page instead of the earrings collection.

The bottom two “add to cart” buttons on your Home page are cut off.

People may want to know sooner which payment methods you accept. Just adding small PayPal and Visa/MasterCard logos to your pages would help.

so i like your site. i like the color scheme and the fact that you get right to the point with what types of jewelry you have. i think a few things could add to it... and i'll try not to repeat what others have said...

1. i think you should add pictures from magazines or celebreties who are wearing these types of jewelry... i think it helps for girls to see it worn on the body, particularly worn by somebody famous

2. i think that there should be more of a discription of weights and sizes and what materials are used in each piece. are your pieces sterling silver? is the necklace worn on the girl a necklace in your inventory?

i think thats pretty much it... good luck.
