Microsoft Office Live Small Business Community

Hello,

I've just been sent an email by MSOL entitled:

"Get more value with Store Manager‏" however - I can't find this business application anywhere on my account.

How do I access it / turn it on / utilise it???

The body of the email provides links to resource centre and community but I can't find anything there either.

 i am having the same problem it says to access store manager you must first click sell online but i do not have this

have you sorted your problem?

if so please point me in the right direction

Hi Kevin,

When you sign in to your Office Live Small Business account, on the main overview page (what we call the Member Center) you should see a 'Sell Online' link in the left navigation pane as shown in the screen shot below.

 Alternatively you can click the Add/Manage Services link. This will take you to a page where you can sign up for additional services. Once on this page, click the Sell Online tile in the middle of the page, then click the Sign up link.

If that does not work please let me know.

Sorry Mike, but this doesn't appear on my member centre.

I have the same trouble as the above - and yes I'm the owner of the site!

My list is E-Mail, Contact Mgr, Website, Promote Your Business, Business Applications - no sign of Sell Online!

SA's question above was if you were login in with the account that is the owner of the subscription; which may be the reason why you don't see the option. If you are doing that already please report the issue to support: http://support.officelive.com

I have checked the Home Page, and the Business Applications / Add applications tabs to no avail - I do not have Store Manager on my site. I am the owner of the site and so I contacted support. They gave me instructions on how to set up SM as follows:

In order to activate the store manager, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1.       Go to officelive.com.

2.       Sign in to your Microsoft Office Live account.

3.       Click on Business Applications from the left navigation bar.

4.       Click on Sell Online from the left navigation menu.

5.       Click on Activate now.

If you still face any error while activating the Store Manger then I would request you to provide us with the screen shot of the error you are getting.

I did all of this and can confirm that Store Manager is nowhere to be found on my MSOL Account!

Store Manager is currently available only to US customers. Are you in the US or did you signup perhaps in the UK? If you'd like, send me your domain and I can look more closely at your concern.

Thanks Mike - that explains a lot!!

 How come MS Office Live Support couldn't tell me that - I gave them my location / site address and account details etc.??

Do you know if it will be available in the UK sometime soon?

Sorry, I do not have an ETA for Store Manager's availability in the UK.

In regards to support... I am following up w/ them to ensure that they are aware of this.

Really looking forward to this feature being available in the UK, it would be ideal if it could be available before August (hint, hint)!

This was an unexpected bonus if it shows up.
