You can change the names of the tabs by clicking the properties on the pages.
I liked your color choice :) and I would love to see more pictures.
In your home page, the page width is much wider than the header. It would look better if they are aligned like in other pages. I think it expanded because of the picture. There is also a blank column on the left hand, as if it was intended for a left navigation bar. You can try to remove that.
The text is kind of flowing around the picture, unevenly (there is a thin column of text and a thick one with text and the photo) It also makes you think whether to start reading from "You will love..." or "Hand poured soy ..." which start 3 lines below.
The first part of about us text is also repeated on the home page. It probably doesn't add value to add it twice.
The sitemap page should really be named something else. It looks like a list of product or something, other than a sitemap.
The shipping and payment information could be moved from the About us page to a separate payment page. You could add a nice paypal button instead of the link to your email id. And a privacy policy might be helpful too.
