I am trying to send a e-newsletter thru email marketing beta, however the unsubscribe button in the footer doesn't work.  how can I amend or add a hyperlink within the footer of the e-newsletter please?

Hi Maxine,

I too noticed this and desperately need a resolution. Unless it just doesnt work on the test emails?

Natalie,

It does not work on the test email.  It works on the live ones as I have had customers unsubscribe.

Re: Email Marketing - unsubscribe

 Hi Natalie,

We have designed this in such a way that the unsubscribe link does not appear in the test emails. This was done to avoid users who are trying out test emails from accidently unsubscribing themselves. For test emails the "Unsubscribe" text appears in the footer but it's not clickable.

For regular campaign newsletters, the unsubscribe link is operational.

Thanks,
Nihar
