Creative idea for jewelry!!  I haven't seen acai berry jewelry before.  Have you submitted your website to the major search engines?  The words "acai berry" would probably make your homepage pop up on all kinds of web searches.  The more people see you, the better the chance of making a sale.  Have you checked out the Resource tab up at the top here in the Forum?  Lots of great ideas and tactics there for marketing and selling.  I also agree with sjr about adding a Contact Us modual.  People don't have to leave your website to write to you with a question or special request then.  I think its faster, and an easier way to keep their interest in your website.  Good luck with your site...

One thing you can do is go to your domain manager and make www.vietreedesigns.com your primary domain instead of having vietreedesigns.web.officelive.com as your primary domain. change the title of your home page to give a better description about your website, many search engines identify the title of "Home" as a place holder and ignore it. The biggest item is to add keywords and description (this can be found in page properties under the search engine optimization tab) right now you do not have any keywords or a description. This alone will make it easier for people to find your website and increase sales.

 You must create value for your product. You need more information on your site about the jewelry.

1. I know nothing about these beads and why I would want jewelry made from then. I would add information in the form of articles, press releases and blogs. Hit every website you can to talk about these beads and create a buzz for the jewelry!

2. I think you need more photos of the products. Maybe sharpen the photos a little in Adobe Photoshop. A good photo is worth a thousand words and dollars.

 3. Put your product on ebay also. Ebay and other auction sites a great resources for driving traffic to your website at a minimal cost.

 I hope this helps you. You have a great start but keep pushing your website to make it better. We constantly upgrade ours.

I forgot to mention... I see you have a logo on your product label, it should be on the header of your website. The logo should be on everything that represents this product which is called product branding. I would also incorporate those colors and look of the logo into the website.
