I just got tired of no simple to unscribe from office live mailing so I just removed them from the white list and black listed them:

The Choice is Yours
You've reached this page because you want to subscribe/unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters, or want us to stop sending you e-mail messages altogether. You can set your preferences at the Profile Center.
To reach the Profile Center, you will need to give us your Passport and password, so we can be certain someone isn't impersonating you. If you haven't registered with us before, we will ask you to create a Passport. Why? So we can be certain we never send mail unless you say so.

Tell microsoft.com to quit sending you unsolicited e-mail. At the Profile Center, you:
First, click Contact Options.
Second, unclick the appropriate boxes.
Third, click Update Options. You're done. |

Unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters. At the Profile Center:
First, under Current Newsletters, unclick the appropriate box to unsubscribe to a newsletter.
Second, Click Update Options. You're done. |

Subscribe to e-mail newsletters. At the Profile Center:
First, under Available Newsletters, click the box for the newsletter or newsletters you want.
Second, Click Update Options. You're done. |
