Regarding important communications about our accounts, such as billing or account status:

I truly hope these communications are sent to the email address listed under Domain Manager > Properties > Administration Info and not to the Windows Live ID address for the account. For various reasons, the WLID address may be non-functional.

As a preferred alternative, please make it possible to change the owner's email address listed under Account Settings > Users & Permissions for the same reason.
There are at least two of us where this has become an issue, and I am sure there are more. Thanks.
