Help with Application Set Up

Wow - I have been working with this program almost since it came out and I'm having such a hard time.  I am a real estate virtual assistant and I'm trying to set the program up so that all of my clients have seperate workspaces.  Is it possible for me to hold a meeting in OL on a workspace with my clients?  Meaning, can I send a meeting request or set up a meeting through Outlook and hold the meeting in an OL workspace.  I've searched everywhere and the information is so confusing.  In addition, I am trying to create interactive task lists that are reusable.  I need a template task list that I can use for each property listing and each client, where would I create this?  Would I create a form and upload it or would I create this list in the tasks application?

Anyone please, I'm about ready to give up on this application and end up spening a whole lot of money on a transaction platform, which doesn't even give me all these options and applications.

Regards,

Re: Help with Application Set Up

1. Can you elaborate on what you mean by holding a meeting in an OL workspace? Are you talking about a chat, a video conference, or a way to leave messages/upload files, etc? Or are you referring to a calendar that contains all the appointments you make for a client, with that client having access to it via Outlook?

2. Lists - what exactly are you doing with these? Are you letting the clients enter information for a property into this list, or are you doing it for them so that they can see what you entered?

I can help you better if you clarified your requirements.
