I've reported it, about three weeks or so ago, and they said they transferred it to the "Development" group. I even called the 800 number and it is in their hands, but haven't heard anything. Seems to me it would be a simple thing to fix. But I was assured that I would not be charged anything until it starts working, and my free credits would stay. I would suggest anyone having problems to report it to them and maybe if more people report it, then they'll get it fixed.
