"All Products" on Product List page

Hello!  I am new to all of this but getting close to having my website complete.  (finally)  =)

On my website, each item will require the customer to specify a color.  Since I have determined that there are no drop-down menus available for such options, I thought I would just add each color as a "product" that customers could select in addition to their item.  The problem is that these color "products" show up randomly within the "All Products" listing on the "Product List" page.

Is there a way to remove the color "products" from being shown under "All Products"?  How is the order of the "All Products" list determined?  It seems random...  If I knew how that order was determined, I could theoretically place the color "products" at the bottom of the list as a workaround.  Any news on getting OL to offer drop down options?  How is everybody else doing options for size and color?

Note: We have just released a new feature called 'product variations'. It will enable you to specify variations (like color, size, whatever) for each of your products. These variations will appear as a drop-down to your customers on the product detail page.

This feature was just release a couple of hours ago. If you haven't seen it yet, sign in to Store Manager and edit one of your products. About half way down the page you'll see an option to enable variations for the product.

Enjoy!!

Woo hoo!!~

Except, now I cannot access my Store Manager.  I've been working with it all day, and in the last couple of hours (coincidence?) I have not been able to access the Store Manager.  I am logged in as the owner, but it gives me an error message stating that access is denied and that the Store Manager can only be accessed by the owner.  I've logged out, closed everything having to do with MSOL, logged in, etc repeatedly nd I'm still getting the same error.

That's weird. I am not aware of any other reported cases of this at this time. Have you tried deleting your cookies? I suggest deleting your cookies, closing all instances of your browser, then try again.
