I buy stuff online and I could see myself shopping on your site. I guess that means that for me your site functions pretty well and you come across as a legitimate online retailer. That said, here are a few site upgrades to think about.
Get your own domain name. Avoid using the officelive.com domain for your business. It looks like http://www.jimstradershop.com/ is available.
Work on your header. If you have time or money to hire professional help, work on upgrading your header and logo so that it looks a little less homemade.
Newsletter sign up. Your Home page leads with the invitation to sign up for the newsletter, but you need a link that drops the visitor to the bottom of the page where they can do that.
Back to School link: Your “Special Events now going on - Back to School” also needs a link to the Back to School page.
Slow loading pages: I’m not sure why your pages are so slow to load. Have you compressed your images files?
Finally, and this is a small thing, you leave out all the question marks where you need them in your copy. Home page examples:
If you know somebody with good copy writing skills, ask them to read over your site and look for errors. They might take an Elvis Guitar Clock in trade!
