Hiding pricing surcharges

I have my shipping set up up to be a flat rate for the first item, and then .50 for each additional item.  That all works out ok, and I advertise that on my home page.  However, to get it to do that, I had to add a .50 shipping surcharge to each item, which shows up in the product details.  Is there a way to not make it show in the product details?  Because I am advertising the deal on shipping, it gets confusing to the customer when there is a "surcharge" listed.

Re: Hiding pricing surcharges

You can hide this field by performing the following steps.

  1. Sign in to your Office Live account
  2. Click 'Web site' in the left navigation. This will bring you to the list of web pages in your account
  3. Locate the page called 'Product list' and click 'Edit'
  4. Right-click somewhere in the middle of the page (like where your product image is shown)
  5. Select 'Properties' from the drop-down menu
  6. In the pop-up window, uncheck the items that you do not want to be shown on your site.
  7. Click OK
  8. Click Save

That should do it!
