Microsoft Office Live Small Business Community

 I activated admanager and created an advertisement about five days ago and the status is still "unknown" with no clicks or anything. Does it just take a little while to be processedor did I not bid enough to get it posted yet or did I forget to do something? I can't find anything about it in the help sections so I thought I'd ask here.

 Did you ever find a solution or an anwer? I am having the exact same experience. The status is just "unknown" and when I press refresh, nothing happens at all. Needless to say, the ad isn't showing up on the search engines, either.

I myself am haveing the same problem since I created my account. I even went as far as to sent a support request to OLSB about the problem. Just a waste of time trying to get assistance from office live, since I have yet to get a response from them. I just ended up using google adwords and yahoos sponserd search CPC. If you find an answer I would love to hear it since I do want to use AdManager still since it is incorporated with OLSB.

Have you all tried accessing your account using http://adcenter.microsoft.com ? if not, try and follow Simple rules to get success with Microsoft adCenter!

For everyone who is having this problem: I called and spoke with someone and they said admanger is being fixed and will be up and running within four days.  They said just keep refreshing and in the next four days your status should say active or something along those lines.

I will believe that when I see it. I got a client who is about ready to chop me into little pieces and use me as some of his bullfeed because of adMangers piss poor performance.  I have suggested to that particular client that they may want to consider switching to google advertising as it works and only takes 24- 48 hours for your keywords to be active.
