Microsoft Office Live Small Business Community

Is anyone else having this problem?!  I have had my business since January 2008 and just in the last week I have not been receiving all my emails.  This is an intermittent problem but extremely worrisome.  I have had clients and candidates tell me they have sent me messages and I never receive them....not late....they simply are never delivered.  They are not in junk...I have no idea how many I have been missing.

 I haven't had any luck with support either....anyone have any ideas?!

Leah, if you feel safe giving us your email address, we could test it and see.  As an alternative, give us your site address.  We'll try the contact module.  That's the best we can do here.

You should probably report this problem to http://support.officelive.com so they can take a look at it for you.  Mind you, you say you've reported it to support. When you did, did they give you an SR# ?
