Change MX Records

I want to host my email with someone else and not Microsoft so I can benefit from exchange 2007 but I need to change MX records how is it possible to do this?

 thats the same question i was asking about on another area i want to cange mine to google but i dont know where to do it at on office live

Office live is working on that.  3 - 6mounths before you can  change MX records
