I have two problems:
First I have set up my free primary domain name and have started creating my webpage. When I tried to add a second domain name to get rid of the .services.liveoffice extension and just have a .com, I got an error message that says my credit card has been linked to another account I had several years ago (has been inactive for several years). Microsoft has escalated this issue but I need to get this set up now so I can get my business up and running on the web. Any suggestions?
Second, I can access my @hotmail.com emails on any computer except my Gateway laptop. When I try to log in, it tells me my login or password are incorrect. I re-enter and then it attempts to load, but then goes back to the login screen. I have deleted cookies, temp files, gotten rid of my Google desktop and search on my laptop as Microsoft has suggested, but no success. What do I need to do?
