I am able to sign in and retrieve messages from my hotmail account from every computer except my laptop.
When I try to sign in it keeps telling me that my login or password is incorrect. I retype it several times and keep getting the same message. After several tries it will go to the Microsoft Live sign-in page where it repeats the same thing. After several attempts there, it sits on the Microsoft Live sign-in page and does nothing.
I have Windows Vista (32 bit) on my Gateway laptop. I have deleted all cookies and temp files as suggested by Microsoft and have set hotmail, live, and microsoft as trusted sites in my internet options. What can I do to resolve this problem?
