Can't check email-was booted before fininshing setting up account.

Can't check email-was booted before fininshing setting up account.

I was setting up my email account and got booted before I had a chance to enter a password or an answer to a secret question. Now I don't have the password, and when I try to reset it, I'm given two options: 1) have it delivered to me by email (which I happen to need the password to check); 2) answer a question about location and a secret question (which I didn't yet set up). So, I have sent a message to every help site on Microsoft Network, and I'm still waiting for an answer, which doesn't make me very happy since I just purchased a domain name from them yesterday. Any help?

So sorry you are having this problem. Have you tried contacting support?
