Contact us Form on my website

I am not technically minded and I wonder if anyone could advise how to set up a contact us form on a webpage on my site to be directed to my email account?

Simply from the list modules add a contact us module and have the module send the infomration to your email address.

i have added that form to my site but i can't find a way to resize it.  i don't need it to be as wide as the entire page.  is it possible to make it smaller?

Simply select it and drag the handles.
