Mike Don't worry about the fourth level URL (yourbusinessname.web.officelive.com) it's a FREEBIE from Microsoft. Just purchase a new domain (yourbusiness.com) and make that one the primary. So users will only see yourbusiness.com versus yourbusiness.web.officelive.com. Hope this helps! Norris
