Hmm, have never been a paying MSN subscriber and only got this to work (consistenty) by setting up a calendar in beta business applications a while back.

As the Owner of our site am trying to set some alerts, specific to email. May have missed it but can find no way to set an alert (while logged in to my account) when an email is recieved from another account.

Same problem was here. Probably, this problem is related to Live ID. Try to remove your Live ID account, created before migration and have problem on Office Live. After it is removed, try to add needed email account as a new one. Hope, it helps. If problem exist - try to call to Office Live support ...

Hi Nancy, I'd suggest you start afresh with a new Office Live account but when you register use another email address.
