  • Made Revisions-Please Check It Out!!

I just added a new header to my website after attempting to figure out CorelDrawX4 in about 4 hours. I'm trying to do anything I can to make my online boutique look more professional and while I get many hits to my home page, I get about half as many to my products page. Any advice on making my home...
  • Re: newbie needing help please

The easiest way is to remove the pages from navigation. Click on "Properties" in the Page Editor and uncheck the box for "Show in navigation." When creating a new page, also uncheck the "Show..." check box. You cannot do this with your home page ("default") so...

  • Re: Navigation bar

Well there is only so much you can do to customize the navigation within the application but if you know a little bit about CSS and creating optimized images the door is wide open for customizations. • Re: Changing Logo size for Insertion into Zones

Hi Elaine, Welcome. The best way to accomplish this is to use a image editing program like PhotoShop to scale down the size of your image to a reasonable size. If you don't have PhotoShop or some other Adobe Image editing product like Fireworks, I suggest you try GIMP for FREE .

  • Re: Fix white space in between rollover graphics

Not sure why this rollover navigation requires that much code but anyhow, the quick fix to the problem would be to change .MSC_Body from #FFFFFF to #EBDFAB in your custom stylesheet (so that the white becomes the same color as your tan background). You do this by adding .MSC_Body {background: #EBDFAB...

  • Re: Advanced features: custom header

No FrontPage or any web editing program is required unless you want the flexibility in customizing your entire site. In using the custom header feature it might be helpful to modify the sytlesheets (xslt, & css) in order to yield the results you desire. As far as the width of your header it should...
  • Re: How do I protect a painting in my site from being copied?

Hello Rosemary, Some people put watermarks on their images before uploading them. On the other hand, is it a problem if people copy the pictures? I don't know what kind of site you have, so I don't know what kind of an effect this will have. Best wishes,

  • Re: background colour (color to most of you, I guess (;-))

To change the color of the pages themselves, you need to activate advanced design features and add the following to the custom stylesheet (css) via Site Designer: .MSC_Body { background : #FFFFFF none repeat scroll 0% ; } Replace #FFFFFF with the color of your choice. Also, note that this new color will...

  • Changing Theme Colors

Is there a way to change theme colors other than writing CSS code? If CSS is the only way, how would you change the color of selected menu items and sub-menus (which are the same color). If you need to see what I am referencing, I am trying to change the pink items on my site to another color. at www...
