Web usage/visitor reports have dropped to zero!

Please could someone assist me with my Web site usage reports. I used to be able to see reports on visitors etc but now all the figures have dropped to zero! I know people visit the site, why can't I see them on the reports? Is it because I dont use the Microsoft web design software????

How to add flash on my home page?
